As Head of Customer Service, I act as a client-facing extension of the BNS Group, ensuring our stakeholders receive high levels of customer service and that we exceed expectations. I am committed to working in partnership with the Heads of departments and the wider team to proactively action feedback and identify areas of improvement driving retention and growth.”

In his free time, Oliver enjoys spending quality time with his family. With five daughters, family time is precious, and they often venture into the countryside for long walks together. These outings sometimes lead them to stumble across a local pub.
A dedicated football enthusiast, Oliver’s passion for the sport is evident. He used to play football and remains a loyal follower of the game. His team is Aston Villa, and he occasionally enjoys watching matches at Villa Park with friends.
