    Here at BNS, we are very aware that Health & Safety is the most important aspect of property management. With ever changing and complex legislation, keeping abreast of obligations is sometimes ambiguous. Our associated Health & Safety company (Priority 1 UK) provide reasonable and clear advice to our Property Managers who are able to communicate the necessary risks that require addressing to ensure that all properties under management are compliant with current H&S law, fire orders and asbestos registers, legionella and work equipment regulations.

    BNS adopts policy to ensure we understand and are involved in all aspects of the management of each individual development in house, whilst keeping an emphasis on high quality, outstanding communication, together with fair costs and an exceptionally approachable & personal service.

    Priority 1 UK achieve this by:

    Arranging and regularly reviewing Fire Risk Assessments.

    The completion of annual H&S Risk Assessments, which aim to identify hazards.
    Arranging for statutory inspections and testing on safety critical aspects of properties including but not limited to lighting, dry risers and fire equipment.
    Assessing the likely risks from legionella bacteria being present in water systems plus ensuring risks are controlled and the necessary remedial actions taken.
    Carrying out prompt investigations into incidents and accidents that may occur at managed properties along with the implementation of any necessary remedial actions.
