About Our History

BNS is a leading property services group with deep roots in the industry dating back to 1976, when the family business began providing service charge accounting for residential management companies. In 2006 we launched BNS as a property management company, a division built on the same family values and a commitment to our clients’ needs. Our focus on delivering a personable and professional service has earned us a reputation as a trusted partner in the industry, and today BNS is a prominent property services group offering block and estate management, facilities management and maintenance services. With BNS, you can expect expert guidance and support every step of the way.

At BNS, we take pride in managing a vast portfolio of over 270 developments in the southern regions of England and Wales, such as Bristol, Bath, Gloucester, Cheltenham, Cardiff, Newport, Swindon, and Exeter. Our expertise in the property industry, combined with our extensive network of contractors, enables us to offer a personalised service to our clients, regardless of their location.
