Our History
BNS has roots back to 1976 when Service Charge accounting services were provided to residential management companies. In 2006 BNS Property Management was formed with the same family values and a strong focus on commitment to our clients’ needs through a personable and professional service.
BNS now manages a portfolio that contains in excess of 270 developments in the south of England and Wales, including Bristol, Bath, Gloucester, Cheltenham, Cardiff, Newport, Swindon and Exeter. Our network of contractors and property experts allows us to provide a friendly, local, personal service wherever you’re based.
Managed properties range from converted Georgian buildings to newly built developments with communal responsibilities.
