In order to become a member of the IRPM, individuals take a number of exams and record continued CPD to ensure they are up to date with industry changes. All members must also abide by a Code of Professional Conduct.
At BNS we believe our staff being properly trained and knowledgeable in the industry to be critical in ensuring we can deliver a high level of service to our clients. As well as providing in-house training, we encourage and support our Property Managers in studying towards full IRPM membership.
BNS is a member of The Property Ombudsman, a not-for-profit independent company set up to provide consumers and property agents with an alternative dispute resolution service.
The Ombudsman’s resolutions are designed to achieve a full and final settlement of the dispute and all claims made by either party.
