Following a rigorous tender process involving several local maintenance and facilities companies, we have been selected as service provider to deliver high-quality maintenance and compliance services to a variety of assets in the Bristol area.

The scope of the contract encompasses a wide range of services, including programmed planned maintenance, compliance services, responsive general repairs, and the provision of small and minor works.  

Our team will be responsible for the maintenance, servicing, and repair of various components, including:
