BNS works with a number of Freeholders either from direct appointment or through request from a group of Leaseholders. This “approach” to reporting is slightly different to a more traditional Residential Management Company set up, however, we like to adopt a transparent approach. Freeholders correctly, and contractually, require to be updated and reported to on a set regularity. Naturally we undertake this as per the agreed terms. However, we will always consider the property owners when this set up applies, reporting and communicating fully on all aspects of management of the development they reside in.

By working with the Leaseholders we are able to manage the relationship and expectations of all parties involved. Without distraction Freeholders can concentrate on their core business and be sure that their investment is well maintained and administered.
