Working With Residents
Where possible, we tend to work with a small number of Directors, who are elected by the shareholders to make decisions on their behalf.
We are a very personal and approachable firm, which ensures we develop and retain close relationships with all owners and residents alike.
During the course of the year, we feel that there should be at least one Directors meeting and an AGM (which all Shareholders can attend). These can be held out of office hours, if more convenient, and can be held at an appropriate location, or at our offices where we have the facilities to house such meetings.
Communal living is a friendly and sociable environment, however it is not without it's problems. We have developed excellent mediation skills and always adopt a sensitive approach in order to resolve disputes between neighbours, should they arise, returning the development to a peaceful and harmonious environment, as it should be.
