Our History
Established in 1976, the BNS founder, Bruce Simmonds, Chartered Accountant, became "treasurer" for a number of blocks in the locality.
Following the success of his involvement, at the request of many residents, the business expanded into property management. A dedicated division was formed and managed by his wife, Kathy, to deal with all aspects relating to the management of developments on a full time basis.
Over the years, the skills and knowledge needed to successfully run and manage a portfolio of properties has been developed, making for an efficient, effective and professional service in order to satisfy the exacting and sometimes demanding requirements of all of our clients.
More recently, Brothers Andrew & Ian Simmonds entered the business and have grown the division into a separate firm. BNS Management Services continues to be run together with Bruce & Kathy, ensuring the firm remains very much a family orientated concern.
